2. SERVICES OFFERED

CM Barbershop provides grooming services including haircuts, beard trims, styling, and other related grooming treatments. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. APPOINTMENT POLICY

We encourage online booking or calling ahead to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

  • Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late arrivals (10+ minutes) may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

  • No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or prepayment for future bookings.

4. PAYMENTS & PRICING

All pricing is clearly displayed and subject to change. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Tips are appreciated but not required.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment or repeated cancellations.

5. PERSONAL CONDUCT

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons.

  • Harassment, inappropriate language, or disruptive behavior will result in refusal of service.

  • We reserve the right to remove anyone violating this policy from the premises.

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

CM Barbershop is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by products used during grooming services.

  • Please inform your barber of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities beforehand.

  • All services are provided “as-is” without guarantees regarding personal results.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials—including images, logos, text, and videos—is the property of CM Barbershop and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during appointments or employment applications is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell or rent your information to third parties.
